The Kestrel 2500 Series Pocket Wind Meter is an accurate measurement tool designed to predict changing weather conditions. The 2500 Series measures current wind speed, maximum wind gust, average wind speed, wind chill, barometric pressure, air, water, and snow temperature, as well as altitude.
An external temperature sensor makes snow and water temperature measurements as simple as sticking the unit right into the snow pack or dropping it into the water.
